Experience Required: 45 years (preferably in CA Firm or Real Estate Firm)
Salary Range: 25,000 35,000 per month (based on interview performance)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager with strong expertise in Finance & Accounts operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Tally, GST, Income Tax, and other core accounting functions. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in CA Firms or Real Estate organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire Finance & Accounts function of the organization.
Manage day-to-day accounting operations including Tally entries, GST filing, and Income Tax compliance.
Handle statutory compliance, audits, and reconciliation.
Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and ensure accuracy in reporting.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.
Monitor budgets, cash flow, and financial planning activities.
Ensure timely submission of all statutory returns and adherence to regulatory norms.
Requirements:
Experience: 4 - 5 years of relevant experience (CA Firm or Real Estate Firm candidates preferred).
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance or CA (completed).
Proficient in Tally, GST, Income Tax, and overall accounting practices.
Mandatory: Male candidates only, with a valid driving license and two-wheeler.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
