Senior 3D Animator

As a Senior 3D Animator - Blender Specialist, you will be responsible for creating engaging 3D animations for characters, props, and environments using Blender. Your expertise will be crucial in handling the complete rigging and animation process from setup to final output. You will apply post-processing techniques to enhance final renders and contribute your ideas to improve workflows and pipeline efficiency. Maintaining high-quality standards across all animation work and meeting project timelines while delivering exceptional creative results will be key aspects of your role. To excel in this position, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of professional 3D animation experience and a solid portfolio. You should take pride in your craft and have a genuine passion for the creative process. Strong skills in Blender, including modeling, animation, and rigging, are essential. Additionally, experience with post-processing and compositing workflows, a foundation in color theory and visual composition, and knowledge of animation fundamentals like timing, weight, and movement are required. Hands-on production experience with proven results, along with a friendly attitude and good communication skills, will set you apart. Nice to have qualifications include a background in VFX or content production, experience with tools like After Effects or Nuke, Python scripting knowledge for Blender, and motion capture experience.
