Job Description

highly disciplined and experienced Security Manager

Your Role:

Security Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee
security operations
across the entire factory premises.
Implement
access control measures
to prevent unauthorized entry.
Manage
CCTV surveillance, perimeter security, and emergency response plans
.
Ensure
safety of employees, raw materials, and finished goods
from theft, sabotage, or security threats.
Train and supervise
security personnel
for vigilance and quick response.
Liaise with
law enforcement agencies
when required.
Conduct
security audits, risk assessments, and safety drills
Handle
incident reports, investigations, and disciplinary actions
.
Supervise external
service providers supplying guards & supervisors.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent military/police training.
Experience:
5 - 10 years
in
security management
, preferably in
manufacturing, industrial, or corporate environments
.
Skills:
Strong leadership, crisis management, and emergency response expertise.
Preferred:
Ex-Defence/Ex-Police personnel
with experience in
industrial security management
.
