As a Security Guard in this full-time on-site position based in Bengaluru, your primary responsibility will be to uphold the safety and security of individuals, assets, and premises. Your day-to-day duties will involve monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, managing access points, responding to security incidents, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining thorough incident logs. This role demands a high level of alertness, quick response to emergencies, and the ability to sustain a protected environment. To excel in this role, you should possess expertise in Physical Security, Personnel Security, and Private Security practices. Strong interpersonal skills and outstanding customer service capabilities are crucial for this position. While a high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required, having additional security training or certification would be advantageous.
