About The Role
Location: Philippines/India

Job Title:Incident Response Associate
Level: 12 Associate.
Skills Required:
Role:Our project is updating our existing internal security process and tooling to improve automation, scalability, and communications channels through the use of ServiceNow and integrations with communications tools, such as Microsoft Teams. In this role, the resource will be responsible for the following tasks:
Triage cases reported to ASOC/CIRT using the new ServiceNow tool Ensure cases are escalated to the appropriate teams in ServiceNow Track incident progress to closure Support analysis of current security processes and processes automation in ServiceNow Track incident metrics and generate reports for Leadership using ServiceNow Test use cases and new processes in ServiceNow.
Must have Skills:

Computer Security Incident Response

Proficient English Communication Skills

Process Automation

Good to Have Skills:

Ability to learn quickly

ServiceNow Business Analysis

Business Process Design

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and escalate incidents to the appropriate teams

Monitor and ensure the timely closure of incidents

Assist in automating security processes within Service Now

Generate and report incident metrics for leadership

Test and validate new processes in Service Now before deployment

Technical Experience:

Information Security background.

Basic understanding of security tools and technologies used in incident response

Qualification
Professional Experience:

1+ year of experience related to Information Security / IT background.

Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
