Security and Access Manager, Risk Compliance and Governance

As a Technical Program Manager in the Trust & Safety team at YouTube, your role requires US based cross-functional collaboration to deliver Governance Solutions. You must be willing to work between the hours of 2PM-1AM IST Monday through Friday. You will play a key role in enabling Global Vendor Operations (GVO's) security and access operations to support the growth of vendor support roles, including AI-enabled solutions. Collaborating with product management, engineering, and legal teams, you will balance risk mitigation with business enablement to enhance the YouTube experience and protect free speech. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with product, engineering, and legal teams to balance business needs with risk mitigation. - Create and implement new programs, frameworks, and policies to manage the complexities of outsourced support, particularly those that use AI. - Consult on policies, testing controls, managing risk reports, and ensuring compliance with security and privacy standards. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in technical project management or a customer-facing role. - Master's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or Applied Science, or a related field (preferred). - 8 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies. - Experience in privacy, security, or compliance, and with privacy principles and technologies. - Experience in program management and managing cross-functional projects. - Ability to navigate ambiguity and work in a fluid environment. - Excellent presentation and communication skills.
