Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Security Analyst I to join our team at SteerLean, an IT Services & Consulting company. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Conduct thorough security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies and plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of security measures.
Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies to continuously improve security posture.
Provide expert guidance on security best practices and compliance regulations.
Monitor and analyze security event logs to detect potential incidents.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of security principles, including threat analysis and risk management.
Experience with security frameworks and standards, such as ISO 27001 or NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
Proficiency in security tools like SIEM systems, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
