Security Agent

As a Security Guard at FedEx, your role is crucial in ensuring the safety and security around ramp operations. You will be responsible for performing Security Guarding duties, conducting related administration tasks, and carrying out Security Screening as required. Your main responsibilities will include: - Performing Security Guarding to maintain safety and security around ramp operations. - Conducting related administration tasks to support ramp security and maintain accurate records. - Carrying out Security Screening as required to control access and ensure secure ramp activities. - Monitoring and managing ramp access points to prevent unauthorized entry and protect assets. - Reporting and responding to security incidents on the ramp promptly to maintain operational safety. - Collaborating with team members to enhance overall ramp security effectiveness and compliance. To be a great fit for this role, you should have 4 to 5 years of overall relevant experience and 2 to 3 years as an x-ray screener. Additionally, being X-ray screening certified is required. Your skills in accuracy & attention to detail, Microsoft Office & PC skills, planning & organizing skills, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skills will be valuable in this position.
