Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Formulate annual capital and revenue budgets in coordination with production and maintenance teams.
Monitor and analyze actual manufacturing costs against budgeted costs and prepare periodic variance reports.
Present plant MIS to top management in a decision-oriented manner.
Monitor clinker production cost per ton (RM, power, fuel, consumables, manpower) and highlight cost-saving opportunities.
Analysis of inventory and valuation of finished goods.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production cost dashboards for management review.
Perform month-end closing activities including trial balance review, balance sheet, and P&L reconciliation.
Coordinating internal and statutory audit
Monitoring of Capex and capitalization in SAP

Key Requirements:

Qualification: Chartered Accountant
Experience: 5–10 years post-qualification experience in cost accounting, MIS, and plant finance (preferably in manufacturing/industrial setup).
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of costing, budgeting, and variance analysis. Proficiency in SAP (FI/CO/MM modules), MS Excel & MIS reporting. Understanding of statutory compliance, GST, and audit processes.
