Job Description

We are seeking a highly responsible and execution-focused professional to act as the right hand to the Director. The role is not just about assistance, but about implementing growth plans, ensuring team accountability, and making sure strategies are executed on the ground. Key Responsibilities Work directly with the Director to understand vision, plans, and priorities. Break down growth strategies into clear action steps and ensure implementation. Monitor the performance of different teams (sales, marketing, telecalling, nutrition, operations) and ensure deadlines are met. Track KPIs, prepare reports, and update the Director daily. Conduct follow-ups with team members to ensure no task is missed. Solve operational bottlenecks quickly and efficiently. Coordinate with external vendors/partners whenever required. Act as the execution engine – ensuring that ideas and plans convert into results. Maintain confidentiality, discipline, and professionalism at all times. Requirements Male candidates only (role requires working closely with the Director & travel). Excellent communication in English, Telugu, and Hindi. 1–5 years’ experience in operations, execution, project management, or business support roles. Strong leadership and accountability mindset. Tech-savvy (Excel/Google Sheets, CRM, task trackers, presentations). Self-driven, disciplined, and result-oriented. MBA / Operations background preferred (not mandatory if experienced).
