SEO+SMO Associate

Key Responsibilities:

SEO:

• Assist in planning and implementing on-page and off-page SEO activities. 
• Conduct keyword research and assist in optimizing website content accordingly. 
• Support technical SEO audits and work on improvements. 
• Monitor daily performance metrics, website traffic, and search rankings. 
• Generate SEO reports and share insights for continuous improvement. 
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and search engine algorithm updates. 

SMO:

• Assist in creating, scheduling, and posting engaging content on all company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (formerly X, etc.). 
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages promptly to foster community engagement. 
• Support the planning and execution of paid social media campaigns. 
• Track social media analytics and prepare periodic performance reports. 
• Research and suggest new social media trends and best practices to improve reach and engagement. 
• Stay informed about social media trends and emerging platforms. 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field. 
• 0–2 years of experience in SEO and social media marketing. Freshers with good knowledge and passion for digital marketing are also encouraged to apply. 
• Basic understanding of SEO techniques and social media platforms. 
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, Moz, Framer, WordPress and social media management tools is a plus. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
• Creative mindset and good organizational skills. 
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
