The role is responsible for managing customer queries and operations. This is an operational role that may seek appropriate level of guidance and advice to ensure delivery of quality outcomes.
Responsibilities
Proactively take ownership of customer-reported issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution, Possess hands-on expertise in Forti SD-WAN, Versa Networks, and IP routing, along with strong knowledge of transmission products.
Skilled in troubleshooting complex network challenges and delivering reliable solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and network performance.Skilled in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying effective solutions forissues related to IP-based SD-WAN and transmission technologies.Ensure Service Level Agreements are consistently met by working proactively tomonitor performance and implement preventive measures.
