What You’ll Do

1. Design, develop, test, and deploy proprietary C++ software for high-performance trading systems.
2. Build scalable and robust modules such as:
3. - Real-time trading systems with ultra-low latency performance
4. - Trading simulation software optimized for distributed computing Market data handlers and exchange connectivity solutions
5. - Large-scale data acquisition, storage, and visualization tools
6. Drive research and implementation for system-level latency improvements—across OS, networking stack, kernel bypass, CPU architecture, etc.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quant Traders and Researchers to build reliable, production-ready systems.
8. Take full ownership of modules from requirements gathering to architecture, coding, testing, and deployment.
9. Resolve issues proactively, ensuring continuous delivery of high-quality, performant code.

What We’re Looking For

1. Education:

   B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related disciplines from premier institutes

2. Experience:

   4 –6 years of hands-on development in C/C++ and Python in UNIX/Linux environments
3. Strong knowledge of OOP, STL, data structures, and algorithmic problem-solving
4. Experience with multi-threaded applications, real-time systems, and network programming (TCP/IP).
5. Good understanding of FIX protocol, exchange connectivity, market data handlers, and low-latency system design.
6. Familiarity with computational intelligence, system tuning, performance profiling, and scalable architecture
7. Strong grasp of the full software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
8. Clear technical communication and strong collaborative skills
9. High attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a proactive mindset
