Scurm Master: Infrastructure Project Implementation

Job Title: Scrum Master - Infrastructure Project Implementation

• Act as

  Scrum Master

  for one or more infrastructure implementation or migration projects, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and delivery timelines.
• Facilitate all

  Scrum ceremonies

  (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Reviews) and ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with

  application, infrastructure, and network teams

  to plan and execute migrations (on-premise to cloud, data center transitions, OS/platform upgrades, etc.).
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including

  Application Owners, Infrastructure Leads, Database Teams, and Vendors

  for seamless project execution.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and impediments, and proactively drive resolutions through coordination and follow-ups.
• Maintain and track project progress using Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence).
• Drive sprint velocity, backlog management, and performance reporting to ensure delivery within defined timelines.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, change management, and audit requirements during infrastructure implementations.
• Provide continuous visibility on project health, risks, and mitigation plans to senior management.
• Support and guide the team to adopt best practices in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation (where applicable).

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Proven experience as a

  Scrum Master

  in

  infrastructure or migration programs

  .
• Strong understanding of

  application infrastructure components

  servers, middleware, databases, cloud, networking, and storage.
• Experience in

  data center migration

  ,

  server OS migration

  ,

  cloud adoption

  , or

  platform modernization

  projects.
• Proficiency in

  Agile tools

  such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Familiarity with

  DevOps practices

  and infrastructure automation (Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, etc.) is a plus.
• Certification such as

  Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

  preferred.

Preferred Background:

• Experience working in

  banking/financial services

  or other regulated industries.
• Hands-on experience coordinating with

  application migration, server build, or middleware deployment

  teams.
• Exposure to hybrid cloud or multi-data centre environments.
