Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Agile Leadership

Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams.
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices.

Technical Collaboration

Leverage Java development experience to understand technical discussions and assist in resolving blockers.
Collaborate with developers, QA, and product owners to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Support estimation and technical feasibility discussions.

Stakeholder Management

Act as a liaison between the development team and business stakeholders.
Provide clear communication on sprint progress, risks, and dependencies.

Metrics & Reporting

Track and report team performance metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.).
Use data to drive improvements in team productivity and delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Scrum Master Certification
(CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
Hands-on Java Development Experience
(minimum 23 years).
Strong understanding of
Spring Framework
, REST APIs, and microservices.
Experience with
Agile tools
(JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Ability to coach teams and resolve conflicts effectively
