We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality products and solutions. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in implementing Scrum practices, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring Agile principles are embedded across the team.

Responsibilities

• Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams, driving adoption and improvement of Scrum practices.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth delivery of sprint and release goals.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized product backlog.
• Foster transparency and collaboration across development, QA, and business teams.
• Monitor sprint progress and ensure timely, quality delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement through metrics, retrospectives, and feedback loops.
• Support team capacity planning and workload balancing.
• Advocate Agile best practices across the organization.

Skills & Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments, with at least 3+ years as a Scrum Master.
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and scaled Agile practices (SAFe, LeSS, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Rally, Azure DevOps).
• Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant-leadership skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven ability to coach teams on Agile mindset and practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM I/II, or equivalent Agile certification.
• Background in software development, testing, or project management.
• Experience working in distributed/remote Agile teams.
