Job Description

As a Certified Senior Scrum Master at Healthproof, your primary responsibility is to guide and coach development teams on Agile/Scrum practices. Your role involves fostering high-performing teams through servant leadership and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with Architects, Product Management team, UX team, SMEs, and Dev Team to deliver effective products. Your duties include facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and promoting self-organization within the team while ensuring alignment and effective product delivery with stakeholders. Your responsibilities also encompass guiding teams in adopting and adhering to Scrum principles, promoting self-organization, and cross-functional skills. Leading and facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective will be part of your routine. You will identify and eliminate obstacles hindering team progress by working with stakeholders and resolving issues promptly. Your role involves coaching teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and practices, including scaling Agile methodologies. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives, assist teams in identifying growth areas, and implement retrospective action items. Collaborating with Product Owners, Business Owners, and other stakeholders is essential to ensure alignment, effective backlog management, and value-driven decision-making processes. Tracking and reporting on team performance using Agile metrics to showcase progress and identify areas for enhancement is a critical aspect of your role. Creating a collaborative and psychologically safe environment for team members to thrive is crucial. Serving as a servant leader, you will support the team and facilitate their success by leveraging your strong understanding of Scrum theory, practices, and artifacts. Your excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills will be pivotal in guiding teams towards success. You should possess the ability to identify and eliminate impediments, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with Agile scaling frameworks like SAFe is advantageous, as well as familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices. Having Scrum master certification like CSM, PSM, SSM, or PMI-ACP, along with 10+ years of experience in the IT Industry and proven experience as a Scrum Master facilitating multiple Scrum teams, will be beneficial for this role. Additionally, having experience in End-to-End Product development and US healthcare business, particularly Medicare, is considered advantageous. Your role as a Certified Senior Scrum Master at Healthproof will involve utilizing your skills in Scrum Master, Agile Methodology, SDLC, and Healthcare to drive the success of the development teams and ensure effective product delivery.,
