Job Description

Role Overview:

SCM Techno-Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand SCM requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical solutions.

SCM Module Configuration:

Configure and customize SCM modules such as
Order Management (OM)
,
Inventory (INV)
,
Purchasing (PO)
,
Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP)
,
Warehouse Management System (WMS)
, and
Order to Cash (OTC)
.
Implement best practices for module setup and integration.

Technical Development & Integration:

Develop and maintain
PL/SQL
scripts,
Oracle Reports
, and
Interfaces
.
Utilize
Oracle APIs
and
Web Services
for system integration.
Implement
E-Commerce Gateway (ECG)
for electronic data interchange (EDI).

Testing & Quality Assurance:

Prepare and execute test plans, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Ensure data integrity and system performance.

Training & Support:

Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support.
Develop user manuals and documentation.

Project Management:

Lead or participate in SCM implementation projects.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.

Required Technical Skills:

SCM Modules Expertise:

In-depth knowledge of
Oracle EBS SCM modules
(OM, INV, PO, ASCP, WMS, OTC).
Experience with
Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM
modules is a plus.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in
PL/SQL
,
Oracle Reports
, and
Oracle Forms
.
Experience with
Oracle APIs
,
Web Services
, and
SOA
.
Familiarity with
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
and
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
.

Tools & Methodologies:

Experience with
Oracle Workflow

Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)

Oracle Cloud

Knowledge of
Agile
and
Waterfall
project management methodologies.
