Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze complex NGS datasets including Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS), RNASeq, Small RNA, Metagenomics (16S, ITS, Whole metagenome), QTLseq, and Exome sequencing.
Develop, implement, and optimize data processing workflows and automated pipelines for efficient NGS data analysis.
Write and maintain code/scripts in Python, PHP, jQuery, and MySQL to support data processing and automation needs.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met efficiently.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret NGS data and provide actionable insights.
Continuously improve bioinformatics pipelines for accuracy, speed, and scalability.
