Job Summary

SAS Customer Intelligence 360 (CI 360) Campaign Manager & Integration Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and manage

    multichannel marketing campaigns

    (email, web, mobile, social) using

    SAS CI 360

    .
  • Develop and automate

    marketing workflows

    to improve efficiency and ensure timely campaign execution.
  • Lead and implement

    integration between SAS CI 360 and Salesforce CRM

    for seamless synchronization of customer data and activities.
  • Manage end-to-end

    migration projects from Adobe Campaign to SAS CI 360

    , including data mapping, validation, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with

    marketing, IT, and data teams

    to gather requirements and translate business needs into SAS CI 360 solutions.
  • Leverage

    segmentation, audience profiling, and AI-powered insights

    in SAS CI 360 to deliver personalized customer journeys.
  • Troubleshoot campaign execution and

    resolve integration or platform issues

    promptly.
  • Create

    documentation, training guides, and knowledge-transfer materials

    to support adoption and user enablement.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on

    campaign performance, ROI, and marketing effectiveness

    .
  • Stay informed on

    SAS CI 360 enhancements, marketing automation trends, and best practices

    to drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in

    Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing Technology, or related field

    .
  • 5+ years of experience

    in marketing campaign management with strong expertise in

    SAS Customer Intelligence 360

    .
  • Proven hands-on experience integrating SAS CI 360 with

    Salesforce CRM

    .
  • Strong background in

    migration projects

    from Adobe Campaign (or similar platforms) to SAS CI 360.
  • Expertise in

    customer journey orchestration, multichannel campaign execution, and marketing automation

    .
  • Proficiency in

    workflow building, audience segmentation, and marketing resource management

    .
  • Familiarity with

    SAS programming or scripting

    for advanced campaign customization (preferred).
  • Excellent

    problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and cross-team collaboration

    abilities.
  • Strong

    communication and documentation

    skills, adaptable to both technical and business audiences.

Preferred Skills

  • SAS certification or relevant technical training.
  • Experience with

    data privacy, compliance, and real-time marketing analytics
