SAP Successfactor Consultant

As a member of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role will involve actively supporting the consulting team in various project phases. This includes problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment. You will be required to explore alternative solutions based on research, create POCs, and develop requirement specifications from business needs. Additionally, you will define processes, create detailed functional designs, configure solution requirements, diagnose issues, and provide high-quality solutions to customers. Key Responsibilities: - Aid the consulting team in different project phases - Explore alternative solutions based on research - Create POCs and develop requirement specifications - Define processes and detailed functional designs - Configure solution requirements and diagnose issues - Provide high-quality solutions to customers - Contribute to unit level and organizational initiatives Qualification Required: - Must have a bachelor's or equivalent degree and an MBA in HR - Minimum of 2 years of experience with SAP products of Human Capital Management - Certified with minimum 2 years experience in SuccessFactors modules - Experience in mapping and configuring SF functionalities to HR processes - Ability to prepare requirements design and test documents - Analyze quarterly upgrade releases of the SF cloud and coordinate with clients Additionally, you should have the ability to work with clients to identify business challenges, stay aware of the latest technologies and trends, possess logical thinking and problem-solving skills, collaborate effectively, assess current processes for improvement areas, and have knowledge in one or two industry domains.
