Job Description

Job Summary: You are a SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics & SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics expert with at least 4 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors. You have been involved in a minimum of 1 full life cycle implementation and 2 Support projects. Your role involves gathering requirements, analyzing, designing, and implementing SuccessFactors WFA/People Analytics. Key Responsibilities: - You have over 4 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics (WFA) and WFP. - You possess 3+ years of hands-on experience in SF reporting tools like Report Center Report- Story, ORD, AdHoc report, Tiles/Dashboard, and BIRT. - You have been part of at least 1 end-to-end implementation and 2 support projects of SuccessFactors WFA and WFP. - You understand Data specification, key terminologies like Measures, Dimensions, and Metric packs like Core Workforce Mobility, Performance, and Recruitment. - You are responsible for understanding Business requirements related to reporting and Analytics. - You should hold SF certification in People Analytics Embedded edition or Workforce Analytics and contribute to Client workshops. - You should be able to support cutover document preparation, Go-live activities, and Hypercare support. - You must be capable of designing and building reports/Dashboards as per business requirements. - Basic understanding of SuccessFactors modules like EC, PMGM, SPCDP, Recruiting, and hands-on Knowledge of MS-SQL is advantageous. - You should have flexible working hours based on business requirements. - You are an expert in proposing solutions to the business and designing functional and technical solutions. - Good written and verbal communication skills are required including presentations, chairing meetings, workshop facilitation, and report writing. - You should have good business knowledge of various HR processes and Talent management processes. - Certification in Employee Central & Onboarding 2.0 is mandatory. Roles and Responsibilities: As a Consultant, you will be responsible for providing high-level solution design, integration design, managing deliverables of the functional team, being a hands-on application expert, utilizing best practices, leading design workshops, providing impact assessment for Quarterly Releases, and developing reusable assets for SuccessFactors. Role Demands: - You should excel in analytical problem-solving and techno-business analysis. - Excellent communication skills are required for building rapport with various teams. - Self-guided attitude with self-motivation and accountability to produce results in challenging environments or new techno-business areas. Experience and skill set required: The candidate should hold a Degree/Masters in Information Technology or an MBA Graduate or equivalent. Mandatory Skills: SAP Successfactor WFP & A. Experience: 5-8 Years.,
