Key Responsibilities:

Configure and manage employee benefits including: Health Plans, Insurance, 401(k) Plans, Payroll Integration
Collaborate with payroll, HR, and IT teams to ensure seamless data flow and compliance.
Troubleshoot benefit-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
Ensure all benefit configurations align with company policies and statutory requirements.
Work within the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem in coordination with other modules.

Requirements:

7-12 years of experience working in SAP environments, preferably within the Success Factors suite.
Proven experience in SAP Benefits configuration and payroll integration.
Familiarity with broader SAP SF modules (e.g., Employee Central) is a plus.
Must be available to work till Noon EST for collaboration with international teams.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
