Role Overview

We are looking for a SAP Solution Consultant to drive large-scale ERP (primarily SAP)-to-TMS integrations for enterprise clients. This is a high-impact role requiring functional solutioning expertise, program delivery leadership, and cross-functional coordination. Youll shape our integration frameworks, scale delivery operations, and lead mission-critical transformation programs across Indias logistics landscape.

• Lead end-to-end solutioning of SAPTMS integrations ensuring scalability, security, and reusability across business scenarios (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Logistics Execution).
• Engage with clients to capture requirements, validate them against SOW, and document solution approaches, including gap analysis.
• Translate functional needs into technical specs covering process flows, integration touchpoints, and API documentation.
• Own solution integrity with outcomes like reduced change requests during SIT, UAT, and post-go-live.
• Develop and maintain solution artifacts, frameworks, and reusable templates.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, QA, and support teams to ensure solution delivery as designed.

• Serve as strategic point of contact for enterprise clients during integration and implementation.
• Lead solution design workshops, roadmap sessions, and executive steering discussions.
• Manage delivery from external vendors and client IT teams to maintain quality and timelines.
• Drive KPI visibility, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication.

• Mentor and coach solution consultants to build strong problem-solving and ownership skills.
• Promote a culture of systems thinking and design excellence within the team.
• Create and maintain knowledge repositories (functional templates, mappings, best practices, etc.).
• Continuously upskill team members for upcoming enterprise-scale programs.

• 5+ years in solutioning/consulting, including 2-3 years as Lead - Solutioning.
• Experience delivering ERP integrations preferably SAP (S/4HANA, ECC)in supply chain/logistics.
• Functional or hands-on expertise in SAP SD, MM, TM, or WM.
• Experience leading delivery for enterprise SaaS or logistics platforms.

• Strong knowledge of SAP integration tools: IDoc, BAPI, ALE, RFC, Web Services, SAP PI/PO/CPI.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, SOAP, OData, JSON, XML, middleware, and EDI frameworks.

• Experience leading multi-stakeholder enterprise technology programs.
• Experience working with SIs, delivery partners, and enterprise customers.
• Excellent communication, ownership, and conflict management skills.

• Bachelors in Engineering, IT, or related fields.
• MBA or PG degree in Supply Chain/Operations/IT Management preferred.
• SAP Integration/Functional certifications are a plus.
