Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant with strong expertise in Learning Management System (LMS) module and overall SuccessFactors suite knowledge. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and enhancing LMS solutions to meet business learning and development needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors LMS solutions.

• Gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions.

• Manage LMS processes such as course creation, curricula, certifications, and compliance training.

• Perform system upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, and enhancements.

• Coordinate with stakeholders, HR, and technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other SF modules.

• Provide end-user training, documentation, and support.

• Ensure compliance with data privacy and corporate learning standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors LMS module.

• Strong understanding of LMS functionalities (items, curricula, programs, certifications, assignments, etc.).

• Experience in SF integration with other modules like Employee Central, PMGM, and external systems.

• Good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Admin tools and role-based permissions.

• Experience in configuration, troubleshooting, and support activities.

• Ability to manage client communication and requirement gathering.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
