Key Responsibilities: Lead implementation and support of SAP RCM solutions across business units. Analyze existing revenue cycle processes and identify improvement opportunities using SAP tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Operations) to ensure accurate configuration and reporting. Customize and configure SAP RCM modules to align with business requirements. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with SAP support. Ensure compliance with financial, regulatory, and healthcare (if applicable) standards. Train and mentor junior SAP analysts or consultants. Serve as the point of contact for audits and internal/external stakeholders on RCM matters.
