SAP Project Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a SAP Project Manager who will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of SAP implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring they meet business objectives, stay within budget and on schedule, and maintain quality. Key responsibilities include developing project plans, managing resources and teams, coordinating with stakeholders, mitigating risks, ensuring user adoption, and communicating project status to leadership.

Preferred: PMP / Prince or any certifications

Core Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for SAP implementations and upgrades.
• Project Execution: Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring tasks are completed and milestones are met.
• Team & Resource Management: Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors, leading and motivating project teams to achieve goals.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate project status, risks, and progress to stakeholders, senior management, and clients.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks to minimize impact and ensure project success.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements, often involving testing processes.
• Change Management: Facilitate user adoption of the new or updated SAP systems through training and support.
• Budget & Scope Control: Monitor and manage project scope, schedule, and cost to ensure delivery within defined parameters.
• Compliance: Ensure that projects comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Post-Implementation: Conduct reviews to assess project success, capture lessons learned, and identify areas for improvement.
