Job Description

As a Portfolio Manager at the company, you will be responsible for planning and responding to the delivery of projects within the portfolio. Your role will involve managing client relationships, improving CSAT feedback scores, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring revenue impact. You will also be tasked with managing all projects within the portfolio with the goal of growth and planning resources according to the current and potential pipeline. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and respond for the delivery of projects within the portfolio - Manage client relationships and enhance CSAT feedback scores - Identify potential growth opportunities to enhance customer impact and revenue - Manage all projects within the portfolio with the aim of growth - Plan resources based on the current and potential pipeline - Ensure 100% compliance with all Infosys OEI parameters and quality standards - Participate in all organization-level activities - Learn and incorporate emerging technologies to meet the demands of the portfolio Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 20 years of relevant SAP and domain experience - Strong knowledge of S/4 HANA Public cloud product - Understanding of Agile and Activate methodologies - Experience in the Professional Services Industry - At least two projects completed in S/4HANA Cloud as a program lead - Experience with managing portfolios in industries such as Professional Services, Utility, Telecom, Oil and Gas, Public sector, or Resources - Proactive problem-solving approach - Experience in working with a Global delivery model (GDM) - Excellent team management, analytical, and customer orientation skills - High quality awareness and flexibility in approach The candidate is expected to have a proactive approach to problem-solving, experience in working in a Global delivery model (GDM), excellent team management skills, high analytical skills, a high degree of initiative and flexibility, high customer orientation, and a strong quality awareness.,
