69 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance and Customer Service PMCS with 12 SAP S4HANA PMCS or ECC 60 PM Implementation experience
Should have min 3 yrs of domain experience of Plant Maintenance in Asset heavy Industry Eg OG Utility Metals Mining etc or Customer Service area
Implementation experience including business engagement requirements gathering analysis designing and driving PMCS solutions supporting testing data load and post implementation activities
Should have experience in conducting Presales demo to customer or driving the business blueprint workshops
Experience in Implementation on SAP S4 HANA with Fiori applications
Should have Customizing knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance processes with Customer Service Processes
Should have experience in SAP PMCS Master data design Governance and conversion design
Ability to map transform and integrate data from external applications into SAP PMCS
Should have knowledge on PMCS Master data Service Notifications Service Order types Return and Repair Process Field Service Process Service Contract Process with Planned and Unplanned Service DIP Profile and Various Billing processes such TM Billing Fixed billing Milestone Billing and Perodic Billing Cross Application Time Sheet CATS
Should know the industry standard ISO55000 ISO14224 CFIHOS etc
Experience working on RICEFW objects functional design and testing with technical team
Should have good experience of SAP SD PS MM CO and QM integration with SAP PMCS
Understanding of SAP PMCS integration with other systems like Sales Force ServiceMax and Primavera etc
Knowledge of SAP FSM and integration with SAP PMCS
Knowledge of SAP Service Cloud
Any knowledge and experience with Customer Service Industry
Excellent interpersonal skills ability to work in a dynamic team environment
Should have excellent analytical and business communication skills
Should be a graduate or postgraduate with an Engineering degree
