SAP PLM Functional Expert

A day in your role at Infosys involves being an integral part of the consulting team, where your main focus will be on identifying customer issues, diagnosing problem areas, creating innovative solutions, and overseeing the deployment process to ensure client satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include supporting the SAP Recipe Development solution by troubleshooting reported issues, collaborating with technical resources to implement solutions, testing the solutions, and providing knowledge transfer to the support and testing teams. You should have a strong background in SAP PLM, specifically in Recipe Development specifications, recipes, label sets, and BOMs, preferably within the Food and Beverages industry. It is essential to have experience in creating functional design documents for enhancements. In terms of technical requirements, familiarity with DMS ECTR, Recipe Development, Engineering Record Change Record, SAP VC AVC, or SAP ABAP with Webdynpro is crucial for this role. Furthermore, you will be expected to contribute by developing innovative strategies and models that drive client innovation, growth, and profitability. Proficiency in software configuration management systems, staying updated on the latest technologies and industry trends, and possessing strong problem-solving skills are important aspects of this role. You should also have the ability to collaborate effectively, understand financial processes related to project management, identify areas for process improvement, and recommend appropriate technology solutions. Industry domain knowledge, client interfacing skills, project management experience, and team management capabilities are additional assets for this position.
