Job Summary

Application Lead – SAP MM Inventory Management

You will be expected to drive team performance, contribute to strategic decisions, and promote continuous improvement in application processes. Strong leadership, communication, and SAP functional expertise are key to succeeding in this role.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as the

  Subject Matter Expert (SME)

  in SAP MM Inventory Management.
• Lead, manage, and mentor the application development team to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Take ownership of team decisions and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to provide cross-functional solutions.
• Analyze and resolve complex issues impacting the application and team performance.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.
• Monitor and report project progress, ensuring timely delivery of application components.
• Ensure alignment of SAP solutions with business processes and objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must-Have:

• Proficiency in

  SAP MM Inventory Management

  .
• Strong understanding of

  supply chain processes and inventory control

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  SAP MM modules

  including procurement and material management.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP configurations and solutions.
• Experience working with

  integration points

  between SAP MM and other SAP modules (e.g., SD, PP, WM).

Additional Information

• Minimum 6

  years

  of experience in SAP MM Inventory Management is required.
• Candidates must have completed

  15 years of full-time education

  .
• The position is

  based in Bengaluru

  and may require coordination with global stakeholders.
