Overview

SAP Migration Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support
SAP OS/DB Migration
projects (at least 23 full-cycle migrations).
Perform installations, upgrades, and administration of SAP systems including
ECC, BW, CRM, SRM, PI, BO, BI, Fiori, TREX
, and
Solution Manager
.
Manage both
ABAP and Java stacks
in SAP environments.
Administer databases including
HANA, Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, MaxDB,
and
Sybase
.
Execute
HANA implementation and migration
tasks effectively.
Ensure optimal performance of SAP systems in
production environments
.
Collaborate with offshore/global teams and ensure timely communication and delivery.

Key Skills & Requirements

7 years of hands-on SAP Basis and migration experience.
Strong OS/DB migration skills in Unix, Windows, and Linux environments.
Proficiency in system administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Deep technical knowledge of SAP NetWeaver architecture.
Experience working in global delivery models with excellent communication skills.
SAP Certification in
NetWeaver
,
OS/DB Migration
, or
HANA Administration
is a strong plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Proven experience supporting global enterprise clients.
Ability to work in high-pressure production environments with minimal supervision.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
