SAP ISU BILLING AND INVOICE

As an expert in ISU Billing & Invoice, your role will involve: - Configuring SAP ISU Billing Master data to an expert level - Handling RTP Billing, EDM configuration, EDM Profile Management, and Custom formulas effectively - Managing various Billing & Invoicing processes like Collectives, Bill Aggregations, Unmetered, Main & Sub meters, Primary & secondary meters billing, Budget Billing Plan, and Electronic bill outputs using SAP ISU PWB - Customizing the SAP ISU billing module to meet the specific requirements of the utility company by configuring billing schemas, rates, pricing conditions, invoicing cycles, and billing document types - Overseeing the end-to-end billing process, including meter reading, billing determinants, bill creation, correction, printing, and distribution to ensure accurate and timely billing of utility services to customers - Managing customer master data in the SAP ISU system, including creating and maintaining customer records, meter data, contract details, tariff structures, and billing addresses - Investigating and resolving billing-related issues, discrepancies, and errors by collaborating with other teams such as customer service and finance - Performing system testing to ensure accurate billing calculations, proper integration with other modules, and compliance with business requirements, including supporting user acceptance testing activities - Creating and maintaining documentation for billing processes, configuration, and user manuals, as well as providing training and guidance to end users on SAP ISU billing processes and functionalities - Participating in system enhancements and upgrades related to billing processes, analyzing business requirements, proposing solutions, and collaborating with development teams to implement changes - Analyzing billing data, generating reports for management, finance, and regulatory purposes, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve billing accuracy and efficiency - Staying updated with industry regulations and compliance requirements related to utility billing to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards - Collaborating with internal stakeholders such as finance, customer service, and IT teams to ensure effective communication, coordination, and alignment of billing processes with overall business objectives - Identifying opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency gains in billing operations, proposing and implementing enhancements to streamline billing processes and enhance customer experience - Possessing very sound knowledge in Device Management, good working experience in FICA and BPEM Configurations, and good knowledge of SAP CRM, C4C, and ISU integrations.,
