Job Description

As a SAP HANA XSA / SAP HANA Cloud (BAS) Consultant at Capgemini, your role involves delivering solutions and providing ongoing support in SAP HANA XSA / SAP HANA Cloud environments. You will have the opportunity to participate in at least two full-cycle implementations, including technical design, cloud/hybrid architecture, and deployment. Your responsibilities will also include developing and optimizing calculation views, SQL stored procedures/functions, and other HANA native objects for performance and efficiency. Additionally, you will be expected to integrate SAP and non-SAP systems, manage data provisioning using tools like ODQMON, conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and define development standards, best practices, and KPIs for operational stability. You will independently handle production issues, maintain detailed documentation, and ensure effective communication across teams.
