Job Description

Role Overview:

SAP HANA Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize
SAP HANA Native models
including Calculation Views (Attribute, Analytical, Composite), SQL scripting, and stored procedures.
Perform
data modeling and performance tuning
within HANA.
Design, build, and maintain
data flows in SAP BW on HANA
, including DataSources, InfoObjects, DSOs, InfoCubes, CompositeProviders, and Transformations.
Manage
data extraction
from SAP and non-SAP sources and integrate with reporting tools (BEx, SAC, Analysis for Office, etc.).
Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable BI solutions.
Ensure best practices in security, authorizations, and performance optimization.
(Optional) Utilize
ABAP
for routines, user exits, BADIs, or debugging when required.

Required Skills & Experience:

3–8 years of experience
in SAP HANA and BW.
Hands-on experience in
HANA Native Development
(SQL, Calculation Views, Procedures).
Strong knowledge of
SAP BW on HANA
data modeling and data flows.
Experience with
data extraction, transformations, and reporting
integration.
Good understanding of
performance optimization
and best practices in SAP HANA.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Good-to-Have:

ABAP knowledge for BW routines, enhancements, and debugging.
Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or other reporting tools.
