SAP GTS Functional Consultant

As a SAP GTS Functional Consultant at NTT DATA, your role will involve understanding business requirements and designing technical solutions to address current needs while ensuring future upgradability within project timelines. You will be responsible for gathering project requirements, participating in pre-launch discussions, driving detailed application design in SAP applications, and ensuring superior quality in technical deliverables. Your responsibilities will include: - Implementing at least 1-2 full cycle SAP implementation projects - Proven experience in SAP GTS service upgrade projects - Collaborating on project design and facilitating design reviews and discussions - Driving quality in technical deliverables and ensuring comprehensive System Integration Testing - Strong business process knowledge in SAP GTS Compliance management, Customs management, and Trade Preference Management - Understanding and evaluating business requirements, identifying global template changes, and translating them into functional specifications and technical designs - Hands-on experience with configuration settings in Feeder systems (ECC/S4), basic ABAP debugging skills, and ability to interact with developers - Exposure to IDOCs, monitoring, and resolving IDOC related issues - Skilled in the preparation of test scripts and monitoring jobs for issue resolution - Successful track record and accountability for on-time delivery of project deliverables NTT DATA is a $30 billion global innovator of business and technology services, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
