Job Description

SAP ERP Finance Lead Consultant

Lead the design and implementation of SAP Finance solutions across AP, AR, GL, Inventory, and Fixed Assets.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
Perform end-to-end process blueprinting, mapping, and architecture design.
Drive SAP ERP implementations and enhancement projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Provide hands-on configuration and customization of SAP Finance modules.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to finance processes and integrations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
Prepare documentation, test cases, and training materials for end-users.
Support post-implementation activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

7+ years of
hands-on experience in SAP ERP Finance
modules.
Strong expertise in
AP, AR, GL, Inventory, and Fixed Assets
.
Proven experience in
SAP ERP implementations and enhancement engagements
.
Ability to balance
end-to-end process blueprinting, mapping, and architecture
.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities across business and technical teams.

Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
SAP certifications in Finance or S/4HANA are a plus.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
