Job Summary:

SAP Business One Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Understand client business processes and gather requirements.
Conduct GAP analysis and prepare Business Blueprints.
Configure and customize SAP B1 modules (Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Production, etc.).
Manage SAP B1 implementation lifecycle – requirement gathering, testing, training, go-live, and support.
Provide user training and support post-implementation.
Create and maintain functional documentation.
Collaborate with technical teams for report creation, system customization, and integration.
Provide Level 1/2 support and troubleshoot functional issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP Business One Functional Consultant.
Strong understanding of SAP B1 modules and business processes.
Experience in SAP B1 implementation, upgrade, and support projects.
Proficient in SQL queries, Crystal Reports, and SAP B1 reporting tools.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, IT, or related field.

Good to Have:

Certification in SAP Business One.
Knowledge of Boyum Add-Ons, HANA, or Integration Framework (B1iF).
Experience in industries like Manufacturing, Trading, or Services.
