In this position, you will oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of SAP Fiori applications. Your responsibilities will include leading cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric, responsive, and high-performance solutions. Your focus will be on ensuring the continuous enhancement of Fiori apps to address our clients" business requirements. You will drive innovation, adhere to SAP best practices, and oversee team performance and project milestones. Your key responsibilities will encompass various aspects: Leadership & Management: - Lead and supervise a team comprising SAP Fiori developers, UX/UI designers, and technical consultants. - Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members. - Define team objectives and project milestones in alignment with business goals and SAP Fiori best practices. - Act as the primary contact for project stakeholders, managing client relationships and expectations. Project Delivery: - Manage end-to-end project lifecycles for Fiori applications, from requirement gathering to post-launch support. - Ensure timely and high-quality project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline constraints. - Implement project management methodologies, monitor KPIs, and report project status to senior leadership. Technical Expertise: - Offer technical oversight and guidance for Fiori development, leveraging SAP UI5, SAP Gateway, OData services, and other relevant SAP technologies. - Stay abreast of SAP Fiori, S/4HANA, and SAP BTP integrations, incorporating new features and trends. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP Fiori apps, collaborating with other SAP teams as necessary. User Experience (UX) Optimization: - Promote UX/UI best practices to ensure user-friendly, accessible Fiori applications aligned with SAP's UX strategy. - Collaborate with business analysts and UX/UI designers to enhance the design and functionality of Fiori applications based on user needs. Continuous Improvement & Innovation: - Advocate for the adoption of new SAP technologies to boost productivity and enhance application performance. - Incorporate user feedback and data-driven insights to enhance Fiori applications continually. Training & Documentation: - Develop and maintain technical documentation, best practices, and user training materials for SAP Fiori applications. - Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on Fiori app usage, management, and extension. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; SAP Fiori certification is a plus. - Minimum of 8+ years of SAP experience, with at least 4+ years in SAP Fiori/UI5 development. - Proven track record in managing end-to-end SAP Fiori projects, including planning, resource allocation, and risk management. - Strong knowledge of SAP UI5, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and other web development languages. - Familiarity with SAP BTP, SAP CAP, and other SAP Fiori development tools. Preferred Skills: - Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Agile/Scrum methodologies, SAP Mobile development, Fiori Launchpad configuration, and SAP Security.
