SAP EXECUTIVE

You will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and analyzing sales & distribution data as a SAP SD Executive with expertise in Microsoft Excel. Your main tasks will include preparing and maintaining Excel-based reports, analyzing Bills of Materials (BOM), and updating the same in SAP SD. Your key responsibilities will be to maintain, organize, and update large datasets in Excel, create and automate reports using Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc., analyze Bills of Materials (BOM) for accuracy and completeness, upload and update BOM data in SAP SD, coordinate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy, identify and correct data discrepancies, and support day-to-day tasks in SAP SD related to data management and reporting. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, etc.), a minimum of 1 year of experience with SAP SD Module, a good understanding of BOM analysis and structure, strong attention to detail and data accuracy, as well as good communication and coordination skills. Preferred qualifications include exposure to SAP S/4HANA environment and experience in managing large datasets and preparing MIS reports.,
