Location:

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled SAP Executive with hands-on experience in PR, PO, and the complete P2P cycle. The ideal candidate should have strong SAP end-user skills, good coordination ability with internal teams/vendors, and a clear understanding of procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage
Purchase Requisitions (PR)
in SAP.
Convert PRs into
Purchase Orders (PO)
and ensure timely approvals.
Manage the
complete P2P (Procure-to-Pay) cycle
in SAP.
Coordinate with internal departments for requirement clarification.
Follow up with vendors for quotations, delivery timelines, and order status.
Ensure accuracy of material codes, descriptions, and pricing in SAP.
Track PO deliveries, GRN status, and invoice matching.
Assist in resolving any discrepancies in PR/PO/GRN/invoices.
Maintain procurement-related reports and dashboards.
Support audit and compliance requirements related to purchasing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Supply Chain/Materials Management preferred.
25 years of SAP end-user experience
in PR, PO & P2P cycle.
Strong knowledge of procurement processes and SAP MM module.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).
Ability to work within timelines and manage multiple requirements.
