Job Title: SAP Delivery Manager

Location: Kolkata/Greater Noida

Experience Required: 12+ years in SAP, 5 years in a Delivery Management role

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Delivery Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP projects. You’ll play a critical role in driving successful delivery of SAP projects across modules like ABAP, FICO, MM, SD, PP, QM, and Basis. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in SAP modules and proven experience in managing cross-functional SAP implementation and support projects across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end SAP project delivery (Implementation, Rollout, Support, and Upgrade)
• Coordinate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
• Work closely with SAP functional and technical teams to ensure timely and quality delivery
• Allocate resources efficiently and ensure adherence to project timelines, scope, and budgets
• Monitor project progress and generate regular status reports for stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
• Ensure SLA compliance and continuous service improvement for support engagements
• Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and escalation
• Drive team performance and motivation across multiple projects and support teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 12+ years of total SAP experience along with 5+ years in a Delivery Manager.

• Strong functional and/or technical knowledge in core SAP modules (FICO, MM, SD, ABAP, etc.)

• Proven experience in managing large-scale SAP implementations or support projects

• S/4HANA project exposure is highly desired

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

• PMP / Prince2 / ITIL certification preferred

• Exposure to SAP Activate methodology or Agile/Scrum is an advantage
