SAP CRM functional Consultant

As a SAP CRM Functional Consultant with over 10 years of overall SAP experience in a functional/technical/user role, you will be responsible for understanding business processes, particularly in the Utility Industry shared services. Your role will require excellent customer-facing and soft skills, as well as a solution-oriented mindset to identify win-win opportunities. Managing multiple initiatives and analyzing business requirements will be key aspects of your responsibilities. Your tasks will involve performing fit-gap analysis to determine necessary Configuration and Development items to support business requirements using the Web UI Configuration tool set. Strong problem-solving skills in SAP-ISU/CCS CRM Functional and configuration will be essential for successful project implementation. You should have a deep understanding of the integration of SAP CRM with SAP ERP, gained through at least five years of experience in the SAP Module CRM. In this role, you will be involved in implementation projects, requirements gathering, SAP CRM configurations, testing, and providing start-up support. Your responsibilities will include functional analysis and testing, as well as communication, training, and assistance to both internal and external users. Pre-sales activities will also be part of your duties. A comprehensive knowledge of SAP CRM Service Module, CRM sales and marketing, and Interfaces with ECC is required. You should have a good understanding of cross-domain functionalities, dependencies, and cause-effect fundamentals related to sales contracts, quotations, and sales order document types. Your expertise in Transaction Settings for various service processes like Service Order Quotations, Service Plans, Service Confirmation, Service Contracts, Service complaints, and returns will be critical for successful project delivery.,
