SAP CRM Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to Sales and Service processes.
  
• Configure SAP CRM Sales and Service modules based on business needs and best practices.
  
• Lead workshops and sessions with end-users to validate functional designs and processes.
  
• Support end-to-end implementation activities including blueprinting, realization, testing, and go-live support.
  
• Collaborate with technical teams for system integration, data migration, and troubleshooting.
  
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
  
• Prepare functional specification documents and user manuals.
  
• Train end-users and provide knowledge transfer sessions.
  
• Work closely with Sales, Service, and IT teams to optimize CRM functionalities and business processes.
  

Mandatory Skills

• Strong functional knowledge and hands-on experience in

  SAP CRM Sales and Services modules

  .
• Experience with sales cycle processes: lead-to-order, opportunity management, quotation, order management.
  
• Expertise in service processes: service orders, service contracts, service notifications, and complaint management.
  
• Ability to translate business requirements into SAP CRM functional solutions.
  
• Experience with configuration of pricing, partner functions, pricing procedures, and product catalog in SAP CRM.
  
• Good understanding of integration points between SAP CRM and ERP (SAP ECC/S4HANA).
  
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Experience in workshops, blueprinting, UAT, and training delivery.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  
• 8+ years of experience as an SAP CRM Functional Consultant focusing on Sales and Services.
  
• Prior experience in SAP CRM implementations and support projects.
  
• Knowledge of SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) is a plus but not mandatory.
