Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and manage employee benefits including: Health Plans, Insurance, 401(k) Plans, Payroll Integration
• Collaborate with payroll, HR, and IT teams to ensure seamless data flow and compliance.
• Troubleshoot benefit-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Ensure all benefit configurations align with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Work within the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem in coordination with other modules.

Requirements:

• 7–12 years of experience working in SAP environments, preferably within the Success Factors suite.
• Proven experience in SAP Benefits configuration and payroll integration.
• Familiarity with broader SAP SF modules (e.g., Employee Central) is a plus.
• Must be available to work till Noon EST for collaboration with international teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
