SAP Concur Admin

Role Overview: You will be joining as a SAP Concur Admin at NTT DATA's team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN) to support and enhance expense management and CRM workflows. Your role will involve managing and configuring SAP Concur modules, maintaining workflow rules, providing user support, and collaborating with different teams for seamless integration. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and configure SAP Concur modules such as Expense, Invoice, and Travel. - Maintain and optimize workflow rules, audit policies, and approval flows. - Provide user support, training, and issue resolution. - Collaborate with SAP Concur support for troubleshooting and issue escalation. - Monitor and manage integration between Concur and ERP/HR systems. - Generate custom reports for audits, compliance, and finance teams. - Support CRM-related business processes in Salesforce, including opportunity tracking and lead management. - Collaborate with Salesforce admins/developers for data flow and visibility between Salesforce and other tools. - Create or update custom reports and dashboards in Salesforce for stakeholders. - Assist with data imports/exports, deduplication, and user management. Qualification Required: - 2+ years of experience with SAP Concur (configuration, support, and reporting). - Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM (Sales/Service Cloud or Experience Cloud). - Ability to analyze and streamline cross-functional workflows. - Experience in supporting integrations between systems such as Concur, Salesforce, and SAP. - Strong skills in Excel, data analysis, and report generation. - Excellent communication and documentation skills.
