Job Description

Position: SAP Cloud ALM Consultant (MT58SI RM 3495)

Must Have Skills: SAP Cloud ALM

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cloud Assessment and Strategy:

Conduct cloud readiness assessments and develop cloud strategies for clients.

Identify opportunities for cloud adoption and migration and selection of implementation scopes and business process

2. Cloudalm Implementation:

Design and implement Cloudalm solutions for clients.

Configure and customize Cloudalm workflows, dashboards, and reports.

3. Client Engagement:

Work closely with clients to understand their cloud needs and deliver solutions.

Provide training and support to clients on Cloudalm platform.

Required Skills:

1. ServiceNow Cloudalm: Strong knowledge and experience with ServiceNow Cloudalm platform.
2. Cloud Computing: Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.). 3. IT Service Management: Understanding of IT service management principles and practices. 4. Analytical and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 5. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
