As a detail-oriented and technically skilled SAP Callidus ICM professional with 6-10 years of experience, your role will involve managing and configuring the SAP Callidus APM system. Your expertise in advanced workflow and groovy scripting skills will be crucial for designing and optimizing broker agency onboarding using workflows within the ICM system for broker integration to SAP APM systems and other external systems. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing and configuring the SAP Callidus APM system - Designing and optimizing broker agency onboarding using workflows within the ICM system - Collaborating with stakeholders and team members to gather requirements, implement technical solutions, and perform ongoing changes to APM systems based on business needs - Troubleshooting and resolving SAP APM system issues and workflow issues - Documenting system configuration changes and process flows for compliance and knowledge sharing - Supporting testing, training, and change management initiatives related to SAP Callidus APM Qualifications required for this role: - 6-10 years of experience as a SAP Callidus ICM professional - Expertise in SAP APM and knowledge of the US healthcare domain - Advanced workflow and groovy scripting skills - Knowledge of API programming within SAP Advanced workflow (an added advantage) If you are enthusiastic about contributing to a dynamic team and meet the above requirements, we look forward to your application.
