SAP Business Objects Developer

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence (BI) development.
• Proven expertise in:
• SAP BusinessObjects (BO)
• Microsoft Azure architecture, concepts, and data modeling principles
• Strong experience in developing SAP BI solutions, including end-to-end ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
• Proficiency in query design and reporting tools such as BEx Query Designer and Analysis for Office (preferred).
• Deep understanding of business processes and data structures.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional technical teams.
• Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements clearly and concisely.
• Advanced SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Professional certifications in Microsoft, Tableau, or SAP technologies.
• Experience mentoring and guiding junior engineers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Power BI and Tableau for data visualization and dashboard development.
• Knowledge of security and user authorization concepts in SAP BI, Power BI, and Tableau environments.
• Familiarity with SAP HANA and SAP BI/4HANA platforms.
