Job Description

As a SAP Basis HANA DB Administrator at Mphasis, you will be responsible for: - Demonstrating good knowledge and troubleshooting skills in SAP BASIS, including Support Pack upgrade and S/4 FPS Upgrade - Having expertise in SAP Application HA and a good understanding of Linux OS - Possessing expert knowledge in HANA Architecture and experience in HANA SCALE-UP and SCALE-OUT Architecture - Handling HANA Database in HA Failover/Failback and resolving performance issues through parameter tuning and HANA Table Partitioning - Conducting SAP System refresh using HANA Database and running and analyzing HANA Mini Checks Qualifications required for this role: - 5 to 7 years of experience in SAP Basis HANA DB Administration - SAP Certification in SAP Basis or HANA would be an advantage - Experience in performance monitoring, HANA System Monitoring, HANA DB Admin, Backup & Restore, System Refresh, Oracle and HANA Database/client installation, HANA SPS Patching, DB, and application upgrade, Start/Stop of HANA Nodes, Supporting during firmware upgrade/patching, Managing Replication & Node Failover, Managing Disaster Recovery, Manage System landscape connections, Issue Resolution, Troubleshooting & fixing DB performance issue, General optimization, and SAP Note application At Mphasis, we emphasize on resolving technical issues effectively, exploring alternate solutions, leading or working as part of a team, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction. You will also be responsible for training and coaching project group members for effective knowledge management activities.,
